THE ‘DIVERSE DINNER’ CONCEPT
Using sustainable produce is something we take very seriously here at the Watch House. By moving away from the more mainstream species such as cod, haddock as well as others it diversifies the market, taking the commercial pressures off more popular species and allowing stocks to replenish. We bring to you, the ‘diverse dinner’. Our chefs will select a less commonly known species that is sustainably caught in west bay where possible and cook it in such a way you will wonder why you’ve never had it before, we urge you to try something different.
